Agilus is currently recruiting for Concrete Labourers , to work with our client in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia . This is a fulltime, permanent position.

Accountabilities :

Assembly, preparation, and dismantle of concrete form

Mix, pour, and spread concrete materials

Clean up of shop

Placement, tying, and reinforcing steel

Requirements :

Ability to handle very physically demanding work

Must be clean shaven for all shifts, as per masking requirements

Must be willing to work long shifts – OT can be required

Ability to problem solve, and foresee a problem before it arises

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ability to adapt to change in stride

Excellent hand/eye coordination

Previous experience in tying rebar and concrete finishing considered an asset

Previous experience in concrete or construction industry considered an asset

Hours of work are 8am to 4:30 pm

$15+per hour, depending on experience
