The Implementation Specialist (IS) is accountable for all aspects of assigned Time and Labour Management (TLM) and integrated (WFN) account setup, including analysis, configuration, validation, issue resolution, process training, initial live run(s) support and turnover to Client Services. The IS must be capable of successfully implementing new business, platform conversions and existing account reconfiguration (for example, spin offs), while ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction and maintaining high productivity regardless of the processing platform or client facing application involved. The IS works with medium to large sized organizations, with no limit on the complexity or feature/functionality usage of the client. The role demands a solid foundation in project management given the size and complexity of the accounts assigned.Responsibilities: Own the engagement with the client during stand alone and multi product implementationsAdhere to the ADP Implementation Methodology to implement TLM solutions to new and existing ADP clientsAssume responsibility and accountability for their client projectsPartner with Sales and Service to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Implementation to Client ServicesAnalyze client’s TLM needs via the telephone or at client site to determine the necessary setup Configure ADP TLM accounts that follow the Paytech Major and/or National Accounts guidelinesApply industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurations and product upgradesProvide regular implementation status reports to stakeholders, highlighting critical issues for management and overall status of projectEnsure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timeliness Ensure accuracy of all aspects of client set upExchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness and issues as they ariseCommunicate client responsibilities and keep them on track with their tasks to ensure that project and solutions and delivered on timeFormally track any issues that arise and orchestrate resolutionsPrepare client profile/file including all options/features as per sales orderSupport client through validation, testing and go live stagesResponsible to ensure quality of implementation and achieves quality survey targetsFacilitate and schedule calls/visits to accomplish analysis, input training, first use and troubleshootingAssist client in scheduling all training as well as communicate training plansWhere required, provide on-site training for those clients that need further support/assistanceProvide support to their assigned clients until turned over to the Transition Team/Client ServicesUpdate/Maintain E-Start/BacklogOther duties as assigned. Qualifications: Previous experience working directly with clients performing an implementation or consulting role Strong MS Office Skills (Word/Excel) requiredProject management knowledgeGeneral knowledge of operating systems and internet conceptsEffective communication skillsAbility to collaborate & work effectively within cross functional teams.
